The Big Sandy Resources website captures some of the compelling work processes that happen daily on the river dredge. We enjoyed working on site to capture footage and information about the services and materials that Big Sandy Resources provides. We trained the BSR team so that they can update and manage the site internally, now they can make changes on demand when they add a new service, product, or project.
The City of Pikeville Economic Development Department is dedicated to encourage, support, and promote the economic vitality of the City of Pikeville and Eastern Kentucky. The City of Pikeville is forward thinking, progressive, and a fast-growing municipality in Eastern Kentucky. We used infographics, animations, an interactive map, photos, and video to help the City represent their objectives.

The Galecia Group project is a Drupal based software solution that serves as a reading awards program for kids of all ages. The software is open source and can be used by libraries to encourage reading by creating a rewards based program.
Jigsaw Enterprises, LLC is a multi-faceted company that serves a wide variety of customers. They have expertise in all aspects of earthmoving, land forming, site development, and design-build projects. We built a web solution to showcase the wide array of services and projects that Jigsaw provides.
We are working with Hashtag Appalachia to create an augmented reality application. We are using Maya for animations, Unity for the augmentation, and Xcode / test flight for the application and testing. This project works with a physical trigger that’s close to the Bit Source facility and triggers and animation.
Farmacy is a software solution for a patient program to promote healthy lifestyles. Qualifying patients receive a voucher to be redeemed at a local farmers market. When the patient visits their clinician measurements are recorded for; BMI, blood pressure, weight, age, height, etc and put into the system. The resulting data is used to measure the success of the program over time and relay data to funding partners for research. If you are a Federally Qualified Health Center you should contact us about utilizing this software and the Farmacy program for your patients.
The Walker Company website is used to display used equipment and information about the equipment to potential buyers. This project is a Drupal website and has a content management system that the client can use to update their equipment on demand.
Hill’s Machine Shop is an example of customizing a template to build a website. This is an option to help utilize pre-existing design patterns that a client identifies as relevant to their business. We helped create a custom logo, images, and graphics for this website.
Our design team created a modern look and feel to provide an e-commerce solution for an abstract line of products - screens and drives. Our architects designed an easy to use interface that allows the customer to search the entire product line and create a wish list from which the sales agents can generate a quote. Our developers then built a product with a simple interface that is intuitive to use.
Mayberry is a marketing tool that can be used by rural tourism departments to maximize their minimal resources to a wide audience. Mayberry does this through through user segmentation and graphically compelling story pages that are used in combination with social media to target and direct specific users. It is built with a Drupal backend and is a custom designed content management solution that maximizes your content through user segmentation with an administrative user experience that is intuitive and learned quickly.

This site enables you to connect with others in our region, exchange ideas, learn, find solutions, get involved, and gives you a connection to the resources you need to work on these objectives we all identified. In this sense, there is no truer form of SOAR than the network, and there is no better way to engage with 54 counties than by simply providing the forum and letting the innovators, the thinkers, the doers, and the entrepreneurs go to work.

Our team created a new Drupal-based website and migrated existing data and content from old architecture providing greater site security and ease of use for their clients.
EKB-TV launched in 2014 with one directive – to deliver “hyper-local” programming to the people of the Central Appalachian region. EKB-TV’s goal of reaching residents with the first truly local platform has exceeded all expectations. EKB-TV Evening News at 6 premiered on March 30, 2015, and was an immediate success. Our developers created a fully functional platform that works across all platforms mobile and desktop to deliver content to over 50,000 unique weekly visits.
Published by Pikeville Medical Center (PMC), This newspaper is free to the community with a circulation nearly 8,000 copies each week in Pike, Floyd and Letcher counties in Kentucky as well as Mingo County in West Virginia. Our team provided a comprehensive solution that allowed multiple contributors and editors to work simultaneously on content and graphics.

This creative design provides the City of Pikeville with a powerful tool to expand their tourism marketing potential. This customized product runs on our Mayberry engine and was built with rural tourism in mind.
